Your negotiating team strongly encourages a YES! vote on our Tentative Agreement for a new four-year contract (April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2027). Materials are being emailed to members. We have a very quick turnaround on this one. We have scheduled forums over the next few days for you to have your questions answered, and you can also contact President Deb Bittner (355-1903, Deb@CTUmsu.org) Communications Specialist Cheryllee Finney (355-1903, Cheryl@CTUmsu.org), Contract Administrator Sean Temple (355-1903, Sean@CTUmsu.org), or another member of our bargaining team.

Ratification vote:

Electronic polling starts Thursday, April 20, 7:30 a.m., and closes Friday, April 21, at 2 p.m.

Monday, April 17, 11:30-1:30, in person, International Center, Spartan Rooms B & C. Food vouchers will be aailable.

April Raise 2023

Our general salary increase of 1% takes place as of April 1, 2023. This, the first increase under the January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2025_MSU/Coalition Health Care Agreement, was set at 1%. Subsequent raises under this agreement will be determined by the cost of health care in a given year.

Note: CTs who have not reached their progression maximums will also receive anniversary raises.

CT News Fall 2022

We also recap the October Membership Meeting and introduce the members who recently stepped forward to take on leadership positions in our union.
