The CTU Executive Board consists of elected officials, each of whom serves a two-year term. The offices are: President, Vice-President,
Secretary, Treasurer, and seven Directors. The President, Treasurer, and three Directors are elected in October of odd-numbered years. The Vice-President, Secretary, and four Directors are elected in even-numbered years. Elections are conducted by the Elections Committee using secret ballots.
